Hi all
My appologies for the delay with the programme, I hope it appeals .... I think I have spoken to most leaders attending and it looks hopeful for 150 young people to be attending which will be great!!
I appreciate that there are some concerns re "green-field" camping and I
will forward some pointers to help during this week which will include a risk assessment check for each site, an "aid-memoir" more than anything. I will also compile a brief summary of "site control" as we are technically open to the public ( although in a coralled area)
If anyone has any queries please feel free to call me on 07962 252728
I will be looking for as much help and assistance as possible to support the various activities and as I have discussed with many of you, if you could confirm to me asap the final numbers
and who will be staying overnight that would help greatly in activity planning.
Many Thanks
Steve

We will be camping on the main airfield but within the coralled area adjacent to the marshalls camping field.
There is water to the site and we will have toilets on the field.
Sorry that we will be unable to support a Beaver sleepover but I hope that the Beavers enjoy the benefit of more time on-site and I am sure they will all enjoy a 20th Birthday Party...along with the Cub's 90th!!
I hope you will be able to support us by attending
Many Thanks
